Shipping Policy


Fulfilment Time

Orders are printed and packaged by our fulfilment partner and typically take 2-5 business days to be fulfilled.

Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on destination:
Domestic (Canada): Estimated delivery is 9-14 business days after fulfilment for most orders. Canada shipping rate is calculated per order.

Customs & Duties
Because our fulfilment centre is located in Canada, Canadian customers will avoid international customs.

Every order includes tracking information once shipped. Feel free to contact gwnprowrestlingshop@gmail.com if you have questions about your delivery.

Multiple-shipment orders
If you place an order that includes items fulfilled from different locations or in different categories, shipments may arrive separately and incur additional shipping cost.


Returns & Claims Policy


Defective, Damaged or Mis-fulfilled Items
If you receive an item that is defective, mis-printed, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong design/size/colour), please contact us at gwnprowrestlingshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with: order number, description of issue, and clear photos of the item. 
We will process either a free replacement or a refund for such eligible issues.


Changed Mind / Size Exchanged / Fit Issues
Because each item is made-to-order (via print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for “buyer’s remorse” (e.g., wrong size, wrong choice). 
If you still wish to exchange an item, you may place a new order and cover the additional production/shipping cost.

Failed Delivery / Returns to Sender
If an order is returned to the fulfilment centre due to an invalid shipping address, unclaimed package, or other carrier error, you may request reshipment. You will be responsible for additional shipping/reshipment cost. 


How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a claim:

  • Email gwnprowrestlingshop@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and photos.
  • Make sure the claim is submitted within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date for lost packages). 
  • Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund and update you by email.
  • On rare occasions, orders may be delayed due to high volume, global shipping disruptions, or fulfillment capacity—while we strive to meet delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check with your local post office or neighbours first. If still missing, contact us—some claims may require photo evidence or carrier investigation.
